Enrollment Procedure

Heritage Christian Academy was founded in 1972 as a ministry of the Emmanuel Baptist Church.  The Academy has existed to train students to love learning, to develop their God-given talents, and to honor our Biblical heritage. The goal of Christian education is to develop the mind of Christ in each student. The purpose of the HCA is to support the family and the work of the local church. Heritage Christian Academy believes and teaches the essential doctrines of the Christian faith as embraced by the historic, biblical, position.

Educational Success Consultation

The first step in the Admission Procedure at Heritage Christian Academy is an Educational Consultation with one of our School Board members. The Educational Success Consultation allows allows us to interact with and support parents as you seek to make wise educational decisions for your child. This consultation will focus on you and your child; your desires and goals for your child and his or her academic pretparation, planning for the future, faith, and Christian leadership development. The consultation will also help us better serve your child, should you enroll at HCA. Both parents are encouraged to attend the consultation.

The first step in the admissions is an Educational Success Consultation; call our secretary, Nancy Campbell, at 717-761-7000 or ncampbell@ebc-ebca.org. She will schedule your Educational Success Consultation so that you can begin the admissions process.

Training & Beliefs
Because our school is thoroughly Christian, we place an emphasis on spiritual training. We base our beliefs upon the Bible, and it is from God’s Word that we derive our standards and teach all of our students.

Our school seeks to enroll students who have accepted Jesus Christ as their personal Savior, who have at least one parent who professes salvation through Jesus Christ by grace alone, who regularly attend church, whose parents substantially agree with our Statement of Faith, and who will manifest a spirit of true cooperation in this area.
